Selected for the Edge Challenges programme — a consulting-focused partnership with Nando's tackling a real employment challenge: how entry-level employment can create better life chances for young people and deliver lasting social impact. The programme brings together student entrepreneurship, science, technology, and systemic social impact, enabling participants to investigate the problem space, gather insights, and build a practical, research-grounded output.

  • Joined a small, interdisciplinary team and worked with the Skoll Centre and Oxford Edge
  • Conducted primary and secondary research to map the problem space and gather insights
  • Developed and presented research-informed recommendations directly to Nando's managers
